Where do we ship from?

All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Miami, Florida. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and ensure fast delivery times across the United States.

Preparation time

Most orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. During busy seasons or promotional periods, it may take up to 3 business days.
? If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, the address can no longer be modified.

Shipping options and delivery times

We offer two shipping methods:

    Standard Shipping: approximately 4–5 business days

    Expedited Shipping: approximately 2–3 business days

Shipping information

At this time, we only ship within the United States, but we’re working to offer international shipping soon.

Domestic shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders over $49.90 within the continental U.S. (excluding certain oversized items).
For smaller orders or if you choose expedited shipping, the cost is approximately $14.90. You’ll see the exact amount at checkout.

Order tracking

Your order will be shipped via UPS. Once it leaves the warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status in your account on our website.

Special considerations

Some large or bulky products may require special shipping and incur an additional fee.
These items are not eligible for free shipping and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. boxes.

Undeliverable or returned orders

If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment.
The reshipping cost will be covered by the customer.
